To register a company in Monaco has become easier
The Principality has issued a new law on companies, which came to light a new kind of company SARL (socie'te 'a `resposibilite' limite'e).
Earlier, Monaco had 3 forms of companies: two kinds of partnerships with unlimited liability (SNC and SCS) and a limited company (SAM), with a fairly rigid structure.
